It's Saturday and I'm off from work, this time at my mother's office for a little while. We had some things we wanted to get taken care of today but that plan is quickly changing, so we're going to instead get other things done. I don't mind. Yesterday was a long day of work, tomorrow is a shorter day of the same work, and I'm just looking forward to a more or less restful kind of day.
I'm enjoying my new job. Retail isn't everything and it surely isn't where I'm going to spend the rest of my life, but for now I'm taking advantage of the new opportunity.
This is going to be cut short, since now it's time to go. But it's a good day.
